I spent 8+ years working in tech — across edtech and fintech — eventually leading teams as a manager. I was good at my job. But what I kept coming back to, in every role, was the people side: the difficult conversations, the career crossroads, the moments when someone needed to be seen.
So I made my own pivot. I retrained as a coach, earned my ICF ACC accreditation, and have since worked with 150+ clients navigating their own messy career stories. Part of what I bring is lived experience — including the wrong turns, so you don't have to make them too.
